While some days will shift for excursions and ceremonies, you’ll receive the full schedule a month in advance. Nothing is mandatory.

8:00 am - 9:15 am Yoga + Meditation

Start the day in the best way by moving your body and clearing your mind in the most inspiring surroundings. Get ready for your day packed with healing, magic and fun.

9:30 am: Breakfast

We’ll indulge in mouthwatering vegetarian meals crafted by a renowned local chef. Sourced from the finest local ingredients, our menu will feature 80% organic and gluten-free options, ensuring you leave the retreat feeling vibrant, energized, and your healthiest self. Each meal will be thoughtfully balanced with protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

10:30 am – 11:30 pm: Workshop with Tymeka

This is where we will be diving deep into the inner work so you can release what's no longer serving you, transform your mindset, reconnect with your spirituality and walk away feeling lighter.

11:30 pm- 1:30 pm: Free Time 1:30 pm Lunch

Listen and watch the ocean waves crashing in, while having a relaxed lunch by the pool. Reflect and digest your learnings and complete any journalling exercises from the workshop. Then enjoy your free time however you like to recharge. 

2:30 pm – 5:30 pm:
Play Time & Adventures!

Each day is filled with exciting activities designed to awaken your spirit and inner child, inviting joy and playfulness back into your life. Whether it’s whale watching from a boat, exploring in the jungle, or dancing on the beaches, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!

5:30 pm – 6:45 pm:
Relax before Dinner

Reground yourself after a full day of inner work and play. This is your time to listen to what you truly need—whether it’s soaking in the sunset, taking a refreshing nap, or joining in on fun group games.

6:45 pm: Sunset Dinner

We will gather together for family dinner to savour a delicious dinner overlooking the ocean by our amazing chef Cynthia. We will of course cater to any allergy or dietary requirements you have.

8:00 pm: Goddess Circle, Sound Bath & Rest

Reconnect with your soul sisters in circle by reflecting on the day, sharing our insights,  celebrating each others growth and take a moment for gratitude. Followed by whatever the group feels called to, movie night, ecstatic dance party, games, sound bath or an early night to bed.

Hola, Beautiful Soul, I’m Tymeka.
I am a Medicine Woman, Mentor, and Healer.

I am devoted to guiding women on their journeys of deep healing, self-discovery, and authentic living. My passion is helping women reconnect to their inner wisdom and the transformative power of nature and sacred medicines.

My personal healing journey began five years ago, after years of struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Failed by the Western approach to mental health, I turned to a holistic path, reclaiming my well-being through deep inner work, plant medicine, and connection with Spirit. I also overcame endometriosis, a condition that caused immense suffering for years, by embracing natural and holistic healing methods.

For the past three years, I’ve had the honor of studying with a psychologist and shaman, a journey that has profoundly shaped my work. Today, I co-facilitate monthly Ayahuasca ceremonies and retreats alongside him, holding sacred space for deep transformation. I’ve also been blessed to serve individuals in private and group ceremonies with mushrooms, guiding them through healing experiences with compassion and care.

With 13 years of experience as a health and wellness coach and certifications in trauma-informed coaching, 500 hour yoga teaher, and risk prevention and crisis intervention for sacred medicines, I bring a unique blend of expertise and empathy to my work. My retreats and offerings are infused with practical tools, holistic wisdom, and a deep commitment to safety, integrity, and nurturing growth.

  • You are responsible for travel arrangements and cost to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where we will have transport to and from our accommodations.

Our retreat is set to kick off with a fantastic welcome on Saturday, February 3rd, at 5:00 PM. Arriving by this time will help you settle in seamlessly and get the most out of your retreat experience. Transportation from the airport to the retreat house will then be provided which is about an 45 minute drive. Please note that transportation won't be available for those arriving after 4:00 PM on February 3rd. So, when booking your flights, keep this in mind to ensure a smooth start to your retreat.

    If you choose to arrive earlier than February 3rd, or if you will be heading to the retreat from a location other than the airport, it is your responsibility to arrange your own transportation. We recommend using services like Uber for your convenience.

    
As our retreat wraps up, we'll provide transportation back to the airport on Friday, February 9th, at 11:30 AM. The return trip is also a 45-minute ride. When booking your return flights, please factor in this time frame. If you require transportation at a different time or to another location, please make separate arrangements as it will not be included.

  • Once you've signed up, we'll be sending you a detailed packing list to help you get ready for an incredible experience! Our retreat is all about embracing the beauty of Puerto Vallarta through a diverse range of activities. You can look forward to yoga sessions, refreshing hikes, ocean and waterfall swims, dance-filled moments, a fantastic photoshoot, ample relaxation time, and plenty of heartwarming circle gatherings. So, as you pack your bags, think about bringing along your favorite cool, comfy outfits - including breezy shorts, flowy dresses, and your favorite bikinis. We can't wait to see your unique style and vibrant energy shine during our time together!

  • Temperatures will likely swing from about 20 degrees at night up to about 27-30 degrees during the day. Our retreat house will have A/C and lots of fans.

  • The only expenses not covered are your flights, travel insurance, and any costs incurred from damages caused by the guest.

  • Yes, you can set up a payment plan with Tymeka. The trip however must be paid for in full at least 7 days prior to the start date. If you would like to utilize the payment plan option email tymekazimmerman@outlook.com

  • Your retreat experience includes three daily meals, expertly prepared by a local vegetarian chef using 80% organic, gluten-free, locally sourced ingredients. Snack and drinks will also be provided. We aim for a perfect balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats to leave you feeling your best. You'll receive a survey post-registration to accommodate any dietary preferences. 


  • Cancel before November 1st 2023 to receive a 80% refund.

Cancellations made after November 1st 2023 but before January 1st 2024 will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given after January 1st 2024. 

Cancellations due to unforeseen events such as injury, illness, or death will be eligible for a refund, excluding online payment fees and costs incurred for equipment/accommodations associated with the retreat, which have already been purchased. In the case of injury or illness, a signed doctor’s note is required. In the unfortunate event of a participant's death, a death certificate will also be needed for the refund process.

The Soul-Full Retreat/ Tymeka Zimmerman reserves the right to change any part of the retreat as necessary. In the very unlikely event that The Soul-Full Retreat / Tymeka Zimmerman must cancel the retreat, participants will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a refund. The Soul-Full Retreat / Tymeka Zimmerman is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

  • No prior experience with mushrooms is required to join this retreat. For beginners, we typically start with a lower dose of 2 grams, while more experienced participants may begin with 3 grams, with the option to go up to 5 grams if appropriate for their journey.

    If this is your first time sitting with mushrooms, rest assured—we’ve got you covered. Before the retreat, we’ll host a group call to address all your questions, guide you on what to expect, and provide preparation tips to ensure you feel confident and ready.

    The medicine is included in the retreat price, and there’s flexibility to tailor the experience to your comfort level. If you prefer, you can choose to microdose instead of embarking on a full journey. There is absolutely no pressure to take mushrooms, and the choice is entirely yours.

Rewild & Recharge Retreat Policies

Welcome to the Rewild & Recharge Retreat! To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience, please review our policies. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage early registration. We understand that plans can change, so please familiarize yourself with our cancellation and refund policy, which is as follows:

- Cancellations made after January 1st, 2026, but before January 31st, 2026, will receive a 25% refund.

- No refunds will be given after January 31st, 2026 no matter the circumstances.

In the event of unforeseen events such as injury, illness, or death, participants may be eligible for a refund, excluding online payment fees and costs incurred for equipment/accommodations associated with the retreat, which have already been purchased. For injury or illness-related cancellations, a signed doctor's note is required. In the unfortunate event of a participant's death, a death certificate will also be needed for the refund process.

The Rewild & Recharge Retreat/Tymeka Zimmerman reserves the right to change any part of the retreat as necessary. In the improbable event that The Rewild & Recharge Retreat/Tymeka Zimmerman must cancel the retreat, participants will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a refund. We recommend all participants to have valid travel medical insurance, including medical evacuation coverage, and to inform us of any dietary restrictions or specific health concerns. Participants are required to sign a release of liability, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with the retreat.

For transportation, it's your responsibility to make your own flight travel arrangements, ensuring timely arrival and departure. Participants are also responsible for their personal belongings. We foster a respectful and inclusive environment and encourage responsible travel practices. Participants who break any laws or retreat house rules, or engage in bullying behavior toward others, will be immediately removed from the retreat with no refund available, and they will be responsible for arranging their accommodations and transport. Additionally, participants are responsible for any damage they cause to the retreat house.

Please note that the retreat house may change due to the number of women attending, and while it may be different from the pictures, it will offer the same amenities. We are not responsible for any changes in accommodations.

By attending our retreat, you grant us the right to use images, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes. In case of an emergency or safety concern, please follow the instructions of the retreat leader or staff. Your safety and well-being are our priorities, and these policies aim to support a memorable and transformative experience.
