Are you feeling called to plant medicine but feeling nervous and riddled with questions?
Or perhaps you've already embarked on a journey and need help with integration or navigating what’s next?
Plant medicine experiences can be hard to navigate or relate to, but having someone who truly understands them is a game-changer. Whether you're new to plant medicine or struggling to integrate, understand, and process the journeys you've already undertaken, Tymeka, with her extensive knowledge in plant medicine, is here to support you.
Join Tymeka, a seasoned Medicine Woman, to prepare for or deepen your plant healing experience and make the most out of it. Your Plant Medicine Support session can be tailored for both pre- and post-journey guidance.
If you’re NEW to plant medicine, I highly recommend the 3-pack of Calls. This is because first-timers often need extra support to navigate the unknown, set clear intentions, and manage any anxieties or uncertainties. These calls provide the guidance needed to ensure you’re choosing the right medicine, mentally and emotionally preparing for the journey, and understanding the process fully, so you can embrace the experience with confidence and ease. Plus, the post-journey call helps you integrate and process your insights, making sure no valuable lessons are overlooked. Here’s an outline of what those 3 calls might look like:
In this call, we’ll explore why you’re drawn to plant medicine now, clarify your intentions, and ensure you’re choosing the right medicine for your specific needs. Not all plant medicines are suitable for everyone, especially when it comes to certain health conditions or medications, so we’ll carefully review what’s best for you.
We’ll also go over how to best prepare your mind, body, and soul for the medicine you’ll be taking, creating a custom plan to help you follow through. Additionally, it’s crucial to work with an ethical and knowledgeable healer or guide, and I’ll assist you in finding the right person or place to ensure a safe and sacred experience. By the end of the session, you’ll be feeling confident, calm, collected, and ready for your ceremony, so you can make it the most positive and impactful experience.
🌱Pre- Journey Call 🌱
🌿The Second Call 🌿
Depending on your readiness, this session can be used to address any lingering questions, alleviate fears and anxiety, or serve as your first integration call post-journey. I’ll also provide you with tools to help regulate your nervous system and manage any anxieties or challenges that arise before or during the ceremony. During the integration process, we create a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss your experience, helping you make sense of the messages and visuals received, and offering a personalized plan to integrate this wisdom into your life.
🌿Post- Journey/Third Call 🌿
It doesn’t matter how many journeys you do if you don’t get anything out of them. The medicine journey really begins after the ceremony is closed.
This call is designed to help you integrate and implement the medicine, exploring questions like: What is the meaning behind the symbols or visions you received during your journey? How will you apply and implement this new knowledge in your life? How can you stay connected to the medicine moving forward?
This session can also be used to extend the first two calls to 90 minutes each, allowing for deeper discussion, or it can be dedicated to delving into multiple ceremonies. Alternatively, it can serve as a check-in 6-8 weeks after your first integration call to ensure you remain aligned with your path and insights.

If we don’t know each other, hi!
I’m Tymeka.
I am a medicine woman, holistic healer, and wellness coach. Ayahuasca first called to me when I was 20, though I resisted because of my Catholic upbringing, which equated all "drugs" with ruin. Despite never touching anything, I kept feeling drawn to the medicine. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom at the end of 2019—after my cousin’s suicide, a miscarriage, an ended engagement, and a diagnosis of endometriosis—that I finally listened. My health and depression spiraled, and I felt like I had nothing left to lose. I booked a retreat to Costa Rica, but then COVID canceled it, leaving me devastated and questioning whether it was meant to be.
Two years later, I moved to Mexico to heal, and just before returning to the U.S., I found a retreat. That experience changed my life, and both my partner and I were called to stay in Mexico, where we’ve now lived for three years. After receiving messages to work with the medicine, I began my training as a medicine woman under my shaman, who bridges both alternative and Western medicine. I've been working alongside him for 2.5 years, and we now host at least one Ayahuasca ceremony each month together. I also lead private sessions and retreats with mushroom ceremonies to help others on their journeys.
In July, I went to the Amazon to pay my respects to the land, people, and the home of Ayahuasca, deepening my initiation and learning from more curanderos. Ayahuasca and psychedelics saved my life. They aren't a cure-all—you still have to do the work—but they are powerful tools. After struggling with mental health my whole life, including a suicidal period at 13, I found that traditional therapy and medications didn’t work for me, leading me to seek a different path. In addition to Ayahuasca, I’ve worked extensively with Kambo and Bufo. These medicines have been pivotal in my healing.
Whether you’re curious about microdosing or preparing for a full ceremony, these calls offer a safe space to address your questions. I’ve spent years researching and studying plant medicine before starting my own journey, and I’ve conducted numerous personal healing ceremonies. I also facilitate and support ceremonies and retreats, having helped over 100 people with their preparation and integration. With this extensive experience, I provide well-rounded guidance to help you navigate your path with confidence.
So, if any of this resonates with you, or if you feel the call but are scared or unsure, I get it. I spent over five years full of fear because of my upbringing. But if the medicine is calling you, it’s for a reason—there are messages awaiting you. Let me help you confidently answer that call. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone, and in fact, you shouldn’t.
